Gabe Pacheco

President

Gabe currently owns a series of businesses in the area including G&M Medical Center, G&M Urgent Care, G&M Radiant Botanicals Skin Care, and G&M Dream Vacations. 


Gabe is proud to be a first-generation college graduate, attaining his Honors Bachelor of Sports Science—Strength and Conditioning from the United States Sports Academy. He is also a certified personal trainer, weight loss coach, and nutrition counselor. 


He lives in Rio Rancho, NM where he loves to spend quality time with his dogs, cats, and his husband Mark. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, having been to 44 countries to date, and loves attending concerts and shows.

Grey Nishio

President of NMOBA Fund

Grey Nishio is the principal of Interstate Medicare, a local New Mexico Insurance agency, specializing in Health Insurance. He is a transplant from California and has lived in New Mexico since 2014. He frequently travels to comic conventions, across the US, to buy, sell, and trade comics, his favorite hobby. He has served on the NMOBA board since 2014. 

Tom Donelan

Tom joined the ABQ LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce board in 2019 as Treasurer and continued thru the transition to NMOBA in 2020. Tom has spent their 23 years in New Mexico working for nonprofits, governments & tribal governments.

Jessica Shutiva

Jessica C. Shutiva is a proud Navajo (Dine)/Acoma (Aaku) Pueblo/Chamorro Two-Spirit Indigenous woman and the Director of Programs & Events for NM Out Business Alliance. Jessica is also the HR Director of Recruitment & Training for SeedCrest, a Woman, Latina, and LGBTQ+ owned learning & data management SAAS company that offers cannabis education and business solutions for the cannabis industry state and nationwide. Jessica is also a small business owner of her photography business, J.C. Shutiva Photography. 


Jessica is from both Haystack and Shutiville, NM, and currently resides in Albuquerque where she loves to spend quality time with her partner, Shanon, and their pets. She is a former motocross professional and enjoys spending time inspiring, and empowering as many people as she can.

Donna brings with her a breadth of experience in business support and most recently worked with the African American Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce (AAGACC) in building community and business development in underserved communities.

Johnathan's background prior to this venture has included fine dining cooking experience, as well as experience in home health, LGBTQ advocacy, insurance benefits and hotel human resources management throughout his career in Albuquerque, Taos and Phoenix, Arizona. 

Johnathan is excited to encourage new businesses to join. He has a history of working with businesses during his tenure at Equality New Mexico. Through this work, he coordinated a list of hundreds of businesses statewide that supported the freedom to marry for same-sex couples during the NM Unites for Marriage campaign. 

Kevin Bowen

Kevin is a progressive leader that was instrumental in establishing Pilates as a profession in the US through the creation of the National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) Credential. He is an advocate for accessibility for all to the ability to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Kevin took over as the president of The Human Rights Alliance (HRA) in 2019 and has now become the Executive Director. The HRA is positioned as a vocal and supportive ally for the LGBTQIA & BIPOC communities and their rights.

Andy Smith

Born in Georgia, Andy spent more than 20 years in New York before relocating to Santa Fe in 2017. He’s a career wordsmith who, in addition to developing content on senior living, hospitality and multiple business topics, has created copy for iconic brands like American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One and Marriott Hotels, as well as world-renowned non-profits Lambda Legal, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The Metropolitan Opera. An avid fan of classic films, Andy is a competitive tennis player and winner of several USTA tournaments.
